Few artists or arts educators possess the unrelenting work ethic of Christy Ross. This San Diego-based creator is a force in the community. Her contributions include teaching art to children, adult painting classes, community projects such as painting murals and installations on approved public properties, and more. She never gives up, something I find immensely inspiring.

The original project was to write copy for an opportunity to showcase her work at the San Diego International Airport, part of a group exhibition. And though she wasn’t accepted for that event, we had created a wealth of content that was repurposed for her website, social media, and other vehicles. I’m pretty sure she sleeps fast, too.
